Lot 3 - View from the proposed new house 27 This shot was taken from the planned site of the new house, where there is a flat shelf of land a good distance from the existing building at 16 Holmisdale to the south-west. The idea is to bring the new drive down from the road to a parking area between the new house and the ruined outbuilding above, giving access to both. The proposed house will sit in an elevated position looking up and down the valley; from this spot, the ground drops away below to the eastern boundary of the plot, as shown in the next picture:
