I am so grateful to my Sivananda Yoga practice for rescuing me, when nothing else could. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Interestingly, I spent five days during the middle of this healing process at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in the Bahamas over Christmas, and the amazing spiritual energy which I encountered there undoubtedly contributed to raising my energy levels, very therapeutic.
